Chardonnay Alto Adige DOC
Our Chardonnay, like all our wines, is made solely with grapes from our vineyards, planted in 2000.
We believe fully in this international vine which, thanks to a low yield in the vineyard and careful winemaking in the cellar, becomes a true superstar.
The vineyard, oriented toward the south/southwest, are trellised; the grapes are harvested entirely by hand. As in our other vineyards, we do not use weeding products.
80% of the grapes is fermented and aged in steel containers and 20% in wooden barrels. Prior to bottling, the two are joined in steel containers.
After bottling, the wine is aged a further few months.
